Refund policy

At HIJABI LIFE we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you don't love your purchase for any reason, get in-touch with us and we will sort it out for you asap! We will happily provide a full refund subject to the following conditions:

1. Reach out to us within 5 days after delivery of your product.
2. All items must be returned together with the original proof of purchase, as well as the tracking number.
3. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.   
4. Hijabi Life does not currently offer exchanges, just refunds.

Please ensure that you select your correct size. Contact us before placing your order if you are unsure of your size.

Please ensure that you check your shipping/delivery address before finally confirming your order. A refund will not be approved if an incorrect shipping address was provided to us.
